Announcing the Publication of “Selected Asemics” by Kerri Pullo

MinXus-Lynxus is thrilled to announce the publication of our sixth e-book: Selected Asemics by Kerri Pullo.

This first, full-length gathering of her work, weighing in at 125 pages, contains Kerri Pullo’s distinctive asemic writing and visual poetry produced during several years of extraordinary creativity. Readers will find favorite pieces that have been circulated in the vispo and mail-art communities and have garnered praise and admiration. Many previously unreleased pieces are included as well, at last providing a comprehensive overview of Kerri Pullo’s vision and many surprises. In addition to her solo work, Selected Asemics includes Kerri Pullo’s collaborations with De Villo Sloan and Belgian writer and artist Guido Vermeulen (1954-2014).

Great post, DVS. I have admired Kerri’s work for ages, but to see all these pieces together makes a whole ‘nother impression, doesn’t it? Amazing stuff. And thanks for all your work in putting this together. (Especially touching to see Guido and Kerri’s collaborations.)

KDJa! Always a thrill when you turn up at the Mink Ranch. You are such a legend!

You’ve stated well the reasons for producing “Selected Asemics.” And I think those were among the last collabs Guido did with anyone, certainly asemic collabs. We used Miss Becca’s scans.

I can now whine that “Selected Asemics” was a project involving every problem you can and can’t imagine, including Rancher’s September vacation. It was supposed to appear in July. I think Kerri gave up after a point.

Anyway, M-L is pleased and we’re glad others are. The early response is very, very positive.
