Dark wall’s favourite present: A souvenir from Empress Marie’s secret mission to the Louisiana Alligator ranch

Marie - alligator ranch - 2

Mail-art by Empress Marie Antonette

Now that she has returned safely, we can share with Tenderfoots that Empress Marie made a daring & dangerous secret mission to Louisiana, USA in the past few months. This was, indeed, one of her most harrowing adventures involving labyrinthine mazes beneath New Orleans, peril in the bayou, secret codes, alligators, and much more – the specifics of which we are still no able to fully disclose.

Dark wall, at least partially, immortalized her adventure in his poem, “War of the Secret Agents.” As a token of her appreciation, Empress Marie sent him this authentic alligator ranch brochure, a token of her exploits in the quest for truth and beauty.

Marie - alligator - 1

Dark wall cherishes this gift among all others in this blessed season.

Glad you like, Dw. I took the brochure thinking I would go and visit the ranch (the gift shop in particular) but didnt get to do it. Insta-gator kind of made me laugh. And what’s a ‘ speaking engagement’, I wonder.

And I thought it would give you and Mink Rancher some promotional ideas to attract more Tenderfoots, such as the b- day parties, live feedings etc….

Why would they want to tape the poor gator’s mouth?

Empress, you is way to humble about your adventures on the Bayou among the Cajuns.
