M like M

It’s MinXus Solar Festival and since the Empress cannot draw a mink for the life of her, this is what she came up with to honor the event.

——

I was thinking of using it for the A-side of the leaflets that will be sent out as certificates of MinXus Knighthood (once we find a title a bit less lame) to artists that have made a significant contribution to MinXus. So far on the list:

– Svenja Wahl (article about Reverent Jones and his mink coat, mink mail-art)

– Lisa Iversen (various material related to mink and MinXus)

– Bifidus Jones (blog about Solar Disk revealing a deep  insight and understanding of MinXus spirit)

– Janine Weiss-Vuille (various material related to mink)

– Thom Courcelle (contribution to Holism, MinXus scrabble)

It’s a fab, Empress. And the little crown on top the M is priceless, I’d say.

That’s right purty. Rancher says we’ll use it as a label for Mink Ranch sleeping bags.

Thanks Dw. The sleeping bags are a mighty good idea. Hand stitched on, I suppose.

I’d rather you did a proper job, Dw. No wishy-washy gluing on. I am quite proud of this piece, as you will have gathered. Stitching is the way.
